Meet the Team
Shawne, Practice Manager
Shawne has been actively involved in dentistry for over 20 years. She has worked in various capacities from implant assistant to professional relations at an insurance company. Shawne loves meeting new people and enjoys helping patients achieve their dental goals. She recently joined the Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce to further herself and the staff with community participation and growth.
Shawne grew up on a farm near Eugene and has been an Oregonian her whole life. She is a huge Oregon Duck football fan and she and her husband are season ticket holders. Her son ironically is starting school in the fall at OSU, so Civil War games are always very competitive. She loves all sports, staying fit, and playing with her three dogs, Remington, Jack, and Emme.
Christina, Front Desk Manager
Christina will welcome you to our office with her warm and friendly smile. She is here to assist you with your billing and insurance needs. Christina works her magic with our schedule to make something work for you and your busy schedule. Christina wears many hats in our office helping Keri our lead dental assistant take our patient photos, getting you seated and making sure you are comfortable. Christina has a warm, friendly, and gentle nature and she is a real asset to the My Beaverton Dentist team.
She is currently taking classes at PCC to grow within the dental practice. In her spare time she is in a band with her husband, she also enjoys reading and snowboarding. Christina LOVES the Portland Timbers… and is happy to discuss a game with any patient that will listen!
Alison, Hygienist
Alison loves meeting new people, working with people, and helping people feel good; which is why she was drawn to dentistry, and so many of our patients love working with her. Alison’s friendly personality and dedication to her work are just a couple of the reasons why our patients are always smiling. Before joining My Beaverton Dentist, Alison graduated from Pacific University with bachelor’s degrees in exercise science and dental health science. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist. Originally from the Midwest, Alison is now proud to call Oregon her home.
Away from the practice, Alison enjoys redecorating the house with her boyfriend Adam, shopping, camping, wakeboarding, playing with her two dogs Sammie and Bandit, and spending time with her friends and family.
Kerri, Lead Dental Assistant
Kerri is outgoing, personable, and loves working with our patients to make every office visit comfortable. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and has a very lighthearted personality. Kerri can often be found singing around the office; she likes to make our patients smile. She has always been a go-getter, placing at the top of her class and finishing high school three months early. She attended Apollo College’s Dental Assisting program, finishing with honors. Kerri has been with our practice since October 2007 as the Lead Dental Assistant.
In her spare time, Kerri likes to hang out with her family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, and photography. She is interested in exotic and import cars; ask her about the horsepower or the kind of engine on any car and she will most likely be able to tell you!
